Mr. CV2 Bot - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Mr. CV2 Bot (“the Bot”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

2. Use of the Bot

You may only use the Bot in compliance with:

• Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Applicable local, state, national, and international laws

You agree not to use the Bot to:

• Harass or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or servers
• Distribute malicious code or spam
• Infringe intellectual property rights

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for your account and any content you generate or commands you execute.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and assets of the Bot are owned by Mr. CV2 or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Bot without explicit permission.

5. Data and Privacy

The Bot may collect minimal data (such as user IDs, server IDs, or messages for processing commands). See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Downtime or interruptions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Termination

We may restrict or remove access to the Bot for users or servers that violate these Terms or Discord rules.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
